Yuan Jen  food processing factory History

Yuan Jen food processing factory was founded in 1948.  In 1967 the factory had been evaluated by the economics department to be of Class A factory.  Soy sauce being the company’s main product, it is widely used in stir frying, steaming and stewing , enhancing the look and flavor of foods.  Our products have been greatly favored by families, restaurants and food processing companies.

Yuan Jen received its processing know-how from the guidance of Japan’s professional fermentation technicians.  Our products have received international food safety certification: ISO22000 and HACCP.

Production of the highest quality soy sauce and dedication to customer service have always been our business operating principle.
